Refund policy
We hope you love your order, but if you're not completely satisfied with your order we accept exchanges. Please contact us within 3 business days of your delivery day. Jewelry items must not be worn, have signs of wear and tear, or have work done by another jeweler. The jewelry item that is being exchanged must be sent back within 15 business days. After 15 business days, the sale will be final.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept exchanges for custom or personalized jewelry.
